| Problem: | When I preview the Flash Audio in a different browser, all I see is a little black box with a green border. |
| Issue: | Your alternate browser has the Flash Player version 6 or earlier installed. The Flash Player 7 is required to view the Flash Audio. |
| Solution: | In your alerternate browser, download
and install the Flash Player 7. After doing this, the Flash Audio
should appear correctly. If you don't want users who don't have the Flash Player 7 to experience this issue, consider adding a Flash detection script to your site. A helpful tutorial on the subject can be found at Kirupa.com. |
