Yet another offline web-app tool

First Adobe Apollo, then Microsoft SilverLight, now Google Gears. This plugin doesn’t offer much new — except [drumroll] — for the built in searchable relational database, a longtime developer wishlist item.  Google isn’t first on the scene, but with Google’s distribution power, you never know.
